Technical Support Rep

If you have an electrical & mechanical background and a flair for supporting customers with door challenges, we have the perfect role for you.

This role will respond to customer warranty and parts order requests in addition to assisting customers directly with door issues.

4Front is looking for YOU to work at our brand new, state of the art facility in Kenosha, WI.

What you will be doing

  • Processing warranty claims

  • Following through on replacement part orders & installation

  • Assisting customers with questions & troubleshooting technical problems

  • Travelling up to 10% is possible

    What we are looking for

  • Skills & understanding of electrical and mechanical principles

  • J. D. Edwards software experience a plus

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a technical or customer service field

  • Excellent communication skills to walk technicians through repairs over the phone

  • Professionalism

  • Team player

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Spanish fluency would be great
