KENOSHA HUMAN DEVELOPMENT SERVICES CSP Clinical Coordinator in KENOSHA, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARY The CSP Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing supervision of program services and clinical supervision to program staff. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Staff Supervision a. Participate in hiring and orientation of program staff b. Provide/coordinate program staff training c. Provide direct clinical supervision to program staff d. Provide feedback to program staff regarding their delivery of service 2. Clinical Services a. Provide or arrange clinical services for program consumers when requested by team b. Direct and coordinate admission process (including completion of initial assessment and plan) c. Direct and coordinate the comprehensive assessment and plan d. Direct and coordinate program discharge process 3. Program a. Ensure program and team adherence to the principles of Person-Centered Care and principles of Recovery b. Conduct staff meetings as needed c. Facilitate communication between the different staff disciplines within and outside the program d. Represent the program in the community e. Carry-out and document quality assurance activities and reviews for the program f. Other activities as required to maintain and enhance the program and delivery of services ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: Masters Degree required. Licensed Professional Counselor in Training (LPC-IT) or AdvancedPractice Social Worker (APSW) license preferred. 1. Shall have either 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience in a practice where the majority of clients are adults with chronicmental illness or 1,500 hours of supervised clinical experience in a CSP. 2. Shall meet one of the following: a. Be a psychiatrist or a psychologist b. Have a master\'s degree in clinical psychology c. Have a master\'s degree in social work d. Have a master\'s degree in psychiatric mental health nursing 3. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in the English language 4. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license with good driving record 5. Must carry own auto insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 coverage 6. Ability to maintain records and document case notes daily 7. Ability to give and accept feedback as a part of a team 8. Ability to traverse within the workspace and community frequently 9.
