We are seeking a self-motivated Land Surveyor Tech to join our multi-disciplinary consulting firm, who has a desire to be a part of our growing land surveying and engineering company, and has the following skills and qualifications:

• Work independently with minimal oversight, with all work being reviewed by the Project Manager.

• Performs field surveying or construction staking services, including construction observation, if needed.

• No physical limitations to restrict the ability to work through inclement weather or terrain, remain standing or walking for several hours at a time or lift 40 pounds.

• Use of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other survey software to perform topographic survey, construction layout and staking, development of certified survey maps, plats of survey and ALTA surveys.

• Ability to operate Robotic Total Station/GPS and data collection systems.

Qualifications and Education Requirements;

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in surveying (or related) from an accredited institution

• 2 or more years of experience

• Valid Driver’s License
