JOB REQUIREMENTS: Join our team at Professional Services Group! We are a community-based social services organization committed to helping individuals reach their full potential. Professional Services Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Behavioral Health Navigator to join the new Behavioral Health Division team. The program will focus on enhancing collaboration among criminal justice, behavioral health, and public health systems to reduce barriers to success for individuals who are struggling with substance use and behavioral health disorders. As the Behavioral Health Navigator, you will play a critical role in organizing and developing grant objectives, collaborating with the criminal justice system and human services organizations, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH NAVIGATOR: Work with Criminal Justice Coordinating Council members to ensure that all project goals are successfully met. Formulate a client assessment tool and assist jail staff in learning the assessment process. Interact with in-custody population. Review all client screens and complete client assessments. Provide referrals to services for individuals who have been released from custody. Assist with those released from detentions to successfully connect with referred services. Conduct monthly grant meetings to provide project updates with all relevant partners. Enter client contact notes into electronic health record system. Safely transport clients as needed. LOCATION: Kenosha, WI. Some local travel may be required, with mileage reimbursement. SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm WHY WORK WITH PSG/CIP? SALARY: \$29.00-32.00 per hour REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Driver\'s License, personal automobile insurance, and reliable transportation on a daily basis Bachelor\'s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related is required. Prior experience in public policy, human services, and criminal justice systems is required. Prior experience with grants and project management is preferred.
