Position Title: Application Administrator II/CRM Administrator Pay Range: \$55,000 - \$65,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience Employment Type: Full-time, Academic Staff Non-Instructional, Salaried Reports To: Director of Admissions The Application Administrator II/CRM Administrator provides leadership and general direction of the University of Wisconsin Parkside\'s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems with specific oversight of the Admissions CRM (currently the Technolutions Slate Admissions and Enrollment system). Shape and lead the application of Slate governance, strategy, roadmap, and projects. Assign, instruct and evaluate work of assigned staff, communicate with school/college and university stakeholders regarding Slate CRM projects and manage vendor relationships. Also, provide leadership to the school admissions Slate captains in relation to project management, system needs assessments, system updates and policies, providing guidance and assistance with system issues. Manage queries used to create and coordinate the flow of communication with targeted student populations. Responsible for the integration and maintenance of data exchanges between the Student Information System (currently PeopleSoft) and the CRM, data mapping, and troubleshooting and resolution of data exchange errors. The CRM Administrator assists the Director of Admissions in developing and implementing plans and initiatives to recruit a diverse student population, administers the undergraduate admission policy, and reviews and determines student eligibility for Wisconsin residency for fee purposes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Knowledge & Abilities Some of the key responsibilities for this position will include: -Experience working with a CRM in higher education. -Ability to handle multiple priorities; communicate well in written and verbal form with staff; ability to train uses on computer system processes. -Excellent problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to recognize potential for errors with processes/reports and how to solve errors. -Effective as a team player and complete quality work independently. Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment. -Ability to provide staff support for business and technical projects, assignments and analysis preferred. -Ability to create technical documentation and flowcharts preferred.
