Construction Management Support • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related technical field (Project Management, Construction Management, or similar) and 12 years of practical work experience in construction, projects, or related area, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. • Multi-disciplinary experience working on DOE decommissioning, waste remediation, and/or capital improvement projects. • Knowledge of planning at Hanford, national laboratory, or at a Category 3 Nuclear Facility is desired. • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and prioritize multiple activities • Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, software. Ability to understand and interpret various electrical and mechanical documents, blueprints, drawings, and schematics. • The individual shall have a minimum of five (5) years combined and demonstrated experience in a management role (Project Manager or Construction Manager) supporting DOE O 413.3B Projects, Hazard Category 3 or higher nuclear facilities, and NQA-1 procurement and construction. • Qualifications demonstrated with the proposal (e.g., resume for key personnel, copies of current certification(s), etc.).
