Day Shifts | Includes Rotating Weekends + Floating Coverage

Summary:

  • Under the direction of a radiologist, the technologist will perform high quality diagnostic radiologic and DEXA images using ingenuity, initiative, and independent judgment of patients in a safe and timely manner, as ordered by physicians. Must follow physicians' orders precisely, maintaining a high degree of accuracy in radiographic positioning and exposure and conform to regulations concerning the use of radiation to protect themselves, their patients, and their co-workers from unnecessary exposure.

Credentials:

  • Amer Registry Radiologic Tech (Required)

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)

Education or Equivalent Experience:

  • Associate of Arts or Science (Required)

  • Graduate of a Radiologic Technology ProgramDemonstrated competency of Dexa Precision Testing.

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science

  • Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program
