Delaware North Travel is searching for full-time Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at New Orleans Airport in New Orleans, Louisiana. When guests are provided with excellent service, this is where we have achieved our greatest goal. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met

  • Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks

  • Assist managers in team member training and compliance

  • Investigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures operational areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume

  • Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area

  • Experience working in a restaurant; beneficial to have two years’ supervisory experience

  • Self-motivated, superior organization and guest service abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relation skills

  • No college degree required

  • This position requires the team member to complete and pass a background check

  • Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs

  • Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
