Description Location: Remote Opportunity Overview: The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process to attract passive candidates, screen, and hire top talent for Astound. The Sr. Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The role requires a deep understanding of the job market, strong sourcing and interpersonal skills, a sales mentality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A Day in the Life of the Senior Recruiter: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and guide them through the recruitment process Utilize various channels (e.g., diverse job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.) to source and attract high-quality candidates Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within the organization Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities, including applicant information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Coordinate and extend job offers, negotiate terms with candidates, and manage the onboarding process Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other industry-related events to promote the organization's employer brand Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with the organization's diversity and inclusion goals Be held accountable for recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, sourcing passive candidates) Manages relationships with external staffing vendors Highly focused on sourcing and engaging with potential passive candidates Creates and implements new ideas to attract passive candidates and is focused on sourcing top talent by using recruitment data and effective talent acquisition strategies Ensure all recruitment activities comply with FCC regulations Other duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table: Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience with Sales roles and/or hard to fill positions, preferably in a senior or lead role Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including passive sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with employment laws and regulations Proven track record sourcing talent and building/managing a candidate pipeline using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, passive sourcing, and other proven channels Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent recruitment experience A certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required We're Proud to Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package Including: 401k retirement plan, with employer match Insurance options including: m
