Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a skilled Store Manager in the lumber and building materials space in Kemptville, ON. We're in the process of converting an existing store to a separate franchise. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing team that is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with its contractors, community, and staff. This position will be responsible for the new operational challenges that come with conversion, re-merchandising, daily operations of the store to set goals and business objectives.

Skills and Requirements

• Previous experience in the lumber and building materials industry

• Experience in a retail or leadership position: Assistant Manager, Manager, General Manager, etc.

• Relationships/connections with local contractors

• Proven customer service skills, ability to train new staff, effective communicator and team builder

• Able to plan, organize, and delegate work effectively and manage multiple projects - Previous experience at Home Depot, Rona, Lowes, Canadian Tire null
