Bensonwood is seeking a Procurement Assistant to join the team.

Position Summary

The Procurement Assistant is responsible for monitoring and tracking Inventory and Supply quantities within the Production facility. This individual will work closely with Procurement Leads to ensure all materials remain at targeted stock levels to ensure no disruptions in the production schedule. This full-time position will report to the Director of Procurement and be located in our Walpole , New Hampshire facility.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory and supply levels via cycle counts and adherence to min/max strategies for product consumption.

  • Assist with purchasing supplies and hardware

  • Re-stock all supplies upon receipt

  • Kit all hardware for Shop and Site project usage

  • Ensure workstations are stocked with appropriate materials and supplies for projects in process

  • Catalog and replace broken/retired tools as needed

  • Perform other tasks as required

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Construction Industry

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with data-based Accounting software such as Sage Master Builder and Filemaker

  • Computer literacy with the ability to work in all Microsoft and Google applications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
