Neo is an online booking tool (OBT) as well as an expense tool for business travel.

It allows a user to search and book a business trip in a user friendly and performant web application. It gives him access to different transport modes and travel suppliers within the travel policy set by his company.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

Advise and provide technical expertise to customer requests.

Troubleshoot issues thoroughly by understanding the impact of solution before providing the resolution. Provide complete case research conducted prior to escalating the case to 3rd Level, Internal Partner Team or Vendor/technology partner.

Test the solution or any new release of product functionality and provide information/awareness of any shortfalls before these are available to clients.

Be in contact with R&D and Product teams to raise issues/bugs and do the follow-up (Jira)

Collaborate with all support colleagues worldwide.

Ensure SLA agreements are adhered to for problem resolution.

Liaise with various suppliers (GDS, hotel platforms, SNCF, Trainline, etc) if we are facing an external issue.

Be responsible for carrying out any missions that may be entrusted to you in the course of your duties.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in technical support.

Experience with customers

An experience in the travel industry and knowledge of GDS would be a plus.

Fluent in English and French.

Team spirit, curiosity and the willingness to research and investigate.

Good oral and written communication
