Candidate Requirements:
Licensing:Must hold a valid Journeyman License or Residential Wireman’s License
Background:Experience in commercial electrical work is acceptable; prior residential experience is not required
Comprehensive 30-Day Upskilling Program:
Residential Systems Training:Hands-on experience with residential electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills Development:Training in client-facing interactions, ensuring you feel confident communicating and building trust with homeowners.
Service Protocols:Familiarization with residential service standards, ensuring seamless and professional service delivery.

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
