Eurofins Senior Technical and Reporting Analyst in Katowice, Poland

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Be part of digital transformation of ESG and Operations KPI Reporting. Design, build and configure workflows and solutions within the Microsoft Universe (focus on SharePoint, Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps), Azure (Entra ID, DevOps, Data Lake)),

  • Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables,

  • Existing tool improvements and creation of new reporting solutions,

  • Database (MS Dataverse, SQL & MS Access) setup, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting to improve reporting processes & data validation,  

  • Further automation of the new and existing processes,

  • Participate, manage and own various projects to create new reporting solutions, tools & improvements,

  • Effective cooperation and communication with broad range of internal stakeholders.

What are we expecting:

  • Experience with the setup, administration and maintenance of Microsoft Cloud Solutions. Focus on SharePoint Online, PowerPlatform (SharePoint, Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) and Azure (Entra ID, DevOps, Data Lake, etc.)

  • Previous experience in a similar role, including project management, data analysis, data science, tool creation in corporate environment.

  • Database content analysis ability.

  • Advanced English.

  • Good overall computer skills (especially MS Office, including Excel and Access).

  • Good knowledge of SQL, knowledge of VBA and Python would be an asset (any general purpose object oriented programing languages would be a significant plus).

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking, good communication skills.
