Description and Requirements

Product Manager - AI Application

The WW Customer Enablement team is a key part of our global Lenovo Experiences Group, or LXG. The team is focused on driving digital initiatives that help transform and elevate the engagements between marketers, sellers and customers. We are in the midst of a global digital transformation at Lenovo, and this is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be a key part of it.

Working together with our development team in the US and Europe, the Product Manager will help oversee and lead the product roadmap for an exciting AI-powered application. Your role will be essential in helping ensure our AI application becomes successful and widely adopted across Lenovo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall product vision for the AI application; manage a roadmap that balances long term business drivers with short-term stakeholder needs.

  • Inspire and work closely with our development team to prioritize new AI-driven features based on market requirements, available resources, and product release cycle timelines.

  • Passionate evangelist of the AI application and advocate for the end user; cultivate close relationships with key leaders and teams across Lenovo and bring their needs into product planning.

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive training program to support onboarding of new users and drive continued adoption among existing users of the AI application.

  • Among other things, our AI initiatives are helping to better align Sales and Marketing teams to deliver consistent messaging and enablement collaterals to our customers. You will need to work collaboratively with our content operations team to ensure that we're working across all Lenovo business groups.

  • Help refine a set of clear success KPIs for the AI application and programs; provide regular reporting and be responsible for driving improvements and communicating success.

Preferred Experience

  • A passion for AI, digital marketing, customer experience, technology, and sales enablement, with previous demonstrable experience in all areas.

  • Track record of managing all aspects of a successful AI-driven product throughout its lifecycle, including Market Research and Analysis & Customer Feedback, Opportunity Assessment, Business Case development, Product Roadmap and Prioritization Development, Ideation and overseeing stakeholder training programs.

  • Previous experience managing Software-as-a-Service technology products, AI applications, and managed services.

  • Comfortable working with teams across the world. You have plenty of experience of leading collaborative projects, and successfully influencing others with your ideas.

  • Comfortable and confident communicating and presenting to all levels of an organization, including executives inside direct line organization, as well as sister organizations.

  • Excellent organization and project management skills
