Senior Customs and PO Associate – Otis World Headquarters / Otis Finance Services Center

Job Responsibilities

The Senior Customs and PO Associate :

• Preparing the invoices as per the requirement.

• Preparing insurance and shipping related documents.

• Maintaining the quality checklist.

• Creating the purchase order on weekly basis in Intercompany Management System (IMS)

• Co-ordinate with BU for timely approval on shipping documents and Invoices.

• Create or updating the DTP’s.

• Update and publish the dashboard on real time basis.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:

B. Com

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0-2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance will be added advantage.

• Candidate must be self-motivated and should have ability to think from broader spectrum.

• The position provides an excellent opportunity for gaining hands on experience of accounting/auditing and project management within a dynamic environment. Candidate will become familiar with accounting/auditing and control practices of the company.

• Candidate must have strong interpersonal and adaptability skills.

• Candidate should have basic knowledge on Excel and Power Point.

• Candidate should be team-oriented and have solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Candidate should be ready to work in shifts.
