Are you someone who thrives on creativity, problem-solving, and innovation? Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Visual and Information Design Specialist to join our growing team . This position presents a unique opportunity for you to showcase your craft while making a significant impact within a world-class organization.

Responsibilities:

• Craft engaging, impactful, and accessible animated videos, digital and print layout, and interactive learning products that ensure that key concepts and information are retained by learners

• Collaborate and brainstorm with the cross-functional team to ensure that the learning products are memorable and effective for learners

• Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions to aid in improving designs

• Produce flawless and high-quality design output while adhering to brand guidelines and the team's design standards

• Stay informed about current industry trends and effective design strategies to improve the visual design capabilities of the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Information Design, Multimedia Design or any related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered

• Proven experience as a visual designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise

• Proficient in design software such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AfterEffects)

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint to name a few

• Familiarity with UX principles, UI craft, usability heuristics and accessibility guidelines is preferred

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas

• Strong time management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
