What you will do

As Senior Analyst – Make, Quality, & Sustainability, you will support the design and execution of a data strategy to drive Manufacturing and Quality Digital Performance Management, as well as our Sustainability data program, ensuring data quality and readiness to power digital business solutions. This position contributes to data design and sourcing decisions to support data requirements. The position is also responsible for providing analysis and assistance with data cleansing, data profiling, data collection, and data harmonization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in shaping the global manufacturing, quality, and sustainability data asset strategies to accelerate Kenvue’s Digital transformation and business growth

• Support hands-on data sourcing, harmonization, and curation for manufacturing, quality, and sustainability data on a global level.

• Partner with the global and regional Make, Quality, & Sustainability teams, Data Management, and other functions teams to define and implement data standards.

• Recommend manufacturing, quality, and sustainability data asset features and solutions considering priorities and tradeoffs, and help drive alignment among partners

• Ensure high quality data is created right the first time and appropriately managed throughout the entire data lifecycle

• Ensure required documentation and request tracking systems are up to date

• Collaborate with business partners to best support their business data requirements.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering at a minimum.

• Minimum of 3 years of business experience with at least 3 years of experience working with supply chain data, with preference toward Manufacturing & Quality data.

• Curious about data and a passion for manufacturing, quality, and sustainability

• Must be proficient in analyzing data, segmenting, rationalizing, defining, tracing lineage, influencing ownership, as well as ensuring it is fit-for-purpose and ready for usage.

• Proficiency with SQL , Databricks, Bitbucket, and Python.

• Proficiency with Office Suite – advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, Word.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical requirements

• Able to communicate in business and technical terms with equal effectiveness

• Knowledge of ERP Systems - SAP or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience with Jira

• Full professional proficiency in English

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with major cloud providers such as MS Azure, AWS, GCP

• Experience with NLP is good to have,

• Good to have skills in reporting like Power BI, Tableau.

• Experience with ETL processes (extraction, transformation, and loading) between different systems

• End-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain business processes (e.g., Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality)

• Knowledge graph experience
