• Strategically plan, execute, and monitor diverse projects and programs with a focus on achieving excellence in delivery.

• Manage assigned projects in accordance with the IT Project management methodology to ensure successful execution of the project as measured by set goals and customer satisfaction.

• Lead multifunctional teams, strategically located across multiple countries, ensuring operational excellence and project success.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive project success.

• Coordinate vendor engagements to uphold contractual obligations and mitigate project risks effectively.

• Document program activities and manage tasks with timely escalations.

• Utilize analytical skills to manage project scope, risks, and financials, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.

• Prepare the project initiation reports, project status reports, project closure reports and all other requisite reports on a timely basis and communicate appropriately.

• Manage large-scale project budgets.
