SALARY: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunity
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and minimum of 1-year customer service experience
PREFERRED: Experience in Administrative Support, Personal Injury, or other injury related practice areas

Job Overview:
The Settlement Support Specialist will collaborate with the legal team to manage the settlement payment process and provide the best service to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Contacting clients, insurance companies, and other parties to initiate payment processes related to personal injury claims
Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, communications, and agreements
Preparing payment reports
Working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to ensure that the payment process is handled in accordance with the firm’s policies and legal guidelines
Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during the payment process, such as client concerns, questions, and expectations.
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
Exceptional organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
Committed to providing superb responsive and compassionate client service
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
