Inventory within the WarehouseQuote network is managed by proprietary technology that can be utilized to provide real-time inventory visibility and forecasting.

The Role

Our team is hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our sales, marketing, and client success team. You will work alongside multiple Sales, Finance/Accounting, Operations and Client Success teams while reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales. Your main tasks will consist of managing internal systems/platforms/databases (with a specific focus on SalesForce.com), lead evaluations of platforms to be or removed from the RevOps tech stack, and scope/deliver solutions to stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Our ideal hire will have strong experience working in and managing technology supporting sales teams and a track record of optimizing processes, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve overall sales efficiency.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing technical solutions

  • Manage and own WarehouseQuote-s SaaS toolset including: Salesforce.com, Apollo.io, PandaDoc, Gong.io, among others, in order to improve visibility, reporting, and process execution

  • Design solutions which support the sales team identify prospects, improve sales engagement, collect requirements, price engagements, and impact overall win rates

  • Experience working within a Salesforce Lightning deployment to build -configuration first- solutions leveraging native designers, Flows architecture, and Apex solutions when necessary

  • Experience managing large data sets in Salesforce, migrating data, and data interchange between tools (ie, Apollo, Salesforce)

  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various internal stakeholders and producing useful reports

  • Effectively communicate your insights, industry expertise, and plans to cross-functional team members and management through high-quality presentation, narrative, and report deliverables

  • Working closely with clients and all levels of the WarehouseQuote team

  • Ensuring WarehouseQuote solutions meet Customer business needs and requirements

  • Define standards and innovate sales pursuits with the use of data, analytics, and insights

  • Periodically review current systems, processes, and sales solutions to maintain WarehouseQuote-s commitment to leverage best-of-breed technologies

Who We Are Looking For:

Technical Requirements

  • A bachelor-s degree in business or related field or an MBA

  • Experience administering, configuring, and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Advanced technical skills

  • Excellent documentation skills

  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
