This role will provide project management & construction administration support for assigned projects; including but not limited to multi million dollar new branch builds, facility enhancements, renovations, remodels, and relocations. Assist internal departments with space planning/efficiency efforts, exterior signage projects, physical property upkeep/appearance, & other general property related duties as assigned Conduct periodic on site inspections and host weekly job meetings during construction phase ensuring compliance with overall design & function, ensuring corporate standards are met for colors, materials, fabrics, furniture, security & equipment Coordinate & negotiate lease and contract terms with corporate legal staff Evaluate contractors ability to perform and help assess risk to the company and need for performance bonds Responsible for overall UMB signage upgrades in coordination with key stakeholders Responsible for overall UMB AV upgrades, new installations in coordination with MIS Negotiate with vendors, develop RFPs, & manage the bidding evaluation and negotiation process Communicate, facilitate, & manage resolution to complex issues and challenging situations and personnel Provide oversight and management of multi million dollar capital budgets and projects Escalate decisions, unresolved issues, & variances to the next level of management Other duties as assigned Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Project Management, or related fields 3 years Construction or Properties Project Management experience Demonstrates advanced level of verbal & written communication skills Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task Demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills in using the Microsoft Suite Office software Demonstrates working knowledge of PPM Software Demonstrates ability to analyze and summarize financial accruals Demonstrates ability to create forecasts and budgets Demonstrates advanced level of design techniques, models, & strategic planning concepts Demonstrates understanding & working knowledge of construction Demonstrates understanding & working knowledge of building codes

Compensation Range:

$69,230.00 - $149,000.00

The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
