Project Coordinator:

We are seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various projects, programs, or tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager. This role involves a range of tasks of varying complexity, and you will report directly to the Project Manager.

What Do You Offer Us:

  • Create and communicate comprehensive project plans, including safety orientations and training.

  • Interpret field conditions and effectively communicate project requirements to the team.

  • Schedule work and coordinate crew assignments for both internal and external use.

  • Set up new projects, coordinating locates, subcontractors, permit requirements, and scheduling with site contacts.

  • Maintain regular customer contact to obtain project-specific information.

  • Lead project closeouts, overseeing restoration coordination, inspections, and permit closure.

  • Review subcontractor invoices for production accuracy and accounting precision.

  • Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate revenue accounting.

  • Provide daily and weekly cost and production reporting.

  • Generate weekly manager and cost-per-man-hour reports for stakeholders.

  • Support the management team in monthly forecasts.

  • Assist in providing end-of-month explanations for variances in the forecast compared to actuals.

  • Assist the Project Manager in developing change order requests when required.

  • Maintain project-specific documentation and adhere to project contract requirements.

  • Develop and communicate ideas regarding project cost trends.

  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of Natural Gas Industry standards and practices.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

  • Understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts and applications.

  • Adaptability and multitasking capability in a dynamic work environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel.

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and still deliver on related tasks.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
