Are you interested in working for a company that offers the chance to go perm? Whether you are looking for a full time position, a first shift, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for qualified Parts Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience. If you think you would be a good fit please as soon as possible!! This is for an immediate opening!

salary: $30 - $35 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical components and parts preferred.

Must have experience in the operation of a computerized inventory management system, specifically site versions.

Familiarity with proper Maintenance and Machine Shop procedures and techniques

Organizational skills are strongly required to manage the load of parts transactions and work orders. The ability to identify right parts and make complicated calculations. Must lead by example in managing store room.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and in excess of 50 lbs with the aid of lifting assistance.

Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence others. Ability to communicate effectively with mechanical staff in order to facilitate the execution of work orders and projects.

Interpersonal skills; the ability to build collaborative relationships and networks with multiple and diverse stakeholders, internal and external partners.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to drive change and innovation by gathering knowledge and resources to ensure tasks are completed within timelines to a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

Ability to understand and influence teams to adapt to new ways of working

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

Skills

• inventory control (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Maintenance (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Basic Computer Skills (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Organization Management (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Inventory Management (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Parts Assembling
