SALARY: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunity

Job Overview
Our team of Legal Assistant/Liability Specialist establish a collaborative partnership with our Attorneys and Case Managers to always provide superior service to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring the progression of each claim
Respect HIPPA laws and privacy of all cases and clients
Gather information from Insurance adjusters
Save and file mail that is scanned into your SharePoint folder
Continuous updating of case management software
Draft standard documentation
Create and send Letters of Representation
Knowledge and Skills
Committed to providing outstanding responsive and compassionate client service
Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Consistently deliver results with a sense of urgency
Maintain and manage highly sensitive information
Outstanding time management and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
