The Lead Solution Architect role is a tenured support job in Support Services, Global Services organization. This role is responsible for performing complex solution-related service request configuration for application maintenance across multiple product lines. This person will perform scope assessment by gathering information, using application tools for configuring the system including large-scale configurations with efficiency tools. They will apply and implement the change management processes, communicating and shadowing end users, and testing workflows for accuracy of configuration.

This person will need a comprehensive knowledge of Revenue Cycle workflows to perform in-depth level consultation on solution best practices and standards of build across multiple solutions within Revenue Cycle. This person will also be investigating complex issues and defects while providing detailed mitigation strategies and alternate workflows to clients. This person will be a knowledge leader for RevCycle and expected to provide guidance to clients and internal teams across the business unit. This resource is a contractually committed, client facing function to deliver a fixed fee agreement with service level requirements. If the service level requirements are not met, we will pay a portion of revenue back to the client and additionally be at risk of the client being able to opt out of contract, both resulting in reduced revenue.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide guidance and real time resolution on a wide range of technical and non-technical customer issues including, but not limited to: product compatibility and configuration, support entitlements and validation, electronic support troubleshooting and product availability. Handle open service requests that are dispatched, implement fixes, analyze the software problem and write case notes in the tracking system. The Lead Solution Architect role represents a knowledge leader in their respective product space and is expected to contribute to continuous learning and process improvement initiatives across the business unit. Highly effective communication skills are required to work with various levels of technical abilities via externally and internally. The overall work is semi-routine in nature. Support may be delivered via electronic channels (web, e-mail, etc.) or phone. Position may work in a call center environment as needed. Also, you will be the point of contact for new customers, introducing and educating them on Oracle as a whole. You will also have the opportunity to gain knowledge of specific product areas within our core technologies and/or applications.

  • Basic Qualifications: 8+ years’ experience in Cerner Millennium Patient Accounting, Charge Services and/or Registration

  • 5+ years’ experience of go-live/post go-live software support

  • 3+ years’ of clinical or customer service experience

  • Proficient with CCL/SQL command language knowledge

  • Previous experience working in an ITSM platform (BMC, ServiceNow, etc.)

  • Highly skilled at prioritizing work with varying degrees of scope and urgency

  • Proven time management, critical thinking, and complex problem solving skills Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Key Activities:

  • Autonomous ownership of solution and business unit process optimization initiatives

  • Facilitation of client onboarding to RevCycle project lifecycle

  • Issue and Configuration Management of RevCycle solution projects across multiple specialties (Claim Generation, Post-Discharge, Cash, Self-Pay, Financial Reporting, Charge Services, Registration)

  • Training and mentoring internal team members along with creation of training documents

  • Receptive to shifting organizational goals and priorities within the demands of the role

  • Development and dissemination of client and solution reference material across product venue

  • Stakeholder engagement up through the highest levels of internal and external executive leadership

US: Hiring Range: from $39.95 to $85.67 per hour; from $83,100 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
