Broadridge Financial Solutions Insert Operator (Night Shift) in Kansas City, Missouri

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our Kansas City, MO facility. In this role, we expect you to setup, operate and supervise various types of flat and fold inserting equipment used in the production and assembly of client output. This is anon-site rolethat will be assigned to a physical Broadridge location where work will be performed 100% of the time.

RETENTION BONUS: $1,500 total payout: $500 at 1 month, $500 at 3 months, $500 at 4 Months!

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $16.00 $17.00 per hour depending on experience

  • Annual Bonus: $1,250 bonus recurring every year.

Responsibilities:

  • Shift: Night Monday - Wednesday 6:00pm - 6:00am, every other Thursday 6:00pm -6:00am

  • Set up for each job by loading the paper and verifying the proper materials are loaded according to the work order.

  • Perform quality checks and accurately complete all paperwork.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.

  • May need to move from machine to machine depending on workload and DODs (date of delivery).

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, holidays and/or overtime

  • Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, push, pull, reach and lift 50 lb. mail trays throughout duration of assigned 12-hour shifts

  • Ability to work in a noisy environment (ear protection provided and required)

  • Ability to adapt to a changing dynamic production environment and multitask while working under tight deadlines

  • Basic mechanical and trouble shooting skills and math skills

  • Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge policies
