Compensation Range
Hourly: $23.20 - $26.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
Are you ready for an adventure? This is an opportunity join the Commercial Payments team and learn the foundation of the Commercial Card business. The Implementation Associate works directly with our Senior Implementation Project Managers by providing day-today support functions associated with the implementation portfolio. This role will have hands-on working knowledge of daily functions, systems used and how client accounts are successfully implemented. To be successful, they will need to be well organized, able to work independently and capable of identifying and recommending appropriate solutions that may also require them to coordinate activities of multiple resources to ensure their clients’ objectives are met. This role works closely with our internal teams across Commercial Card.
Essential Functions
Provide quality day-to-day support functions associated with the Commercial Card Implementation portfolio
Troubleshoot systems, manage data, perform quality problem resolution, and participate in client meetings
Partner with internal teams and act as an expert or liaison to the systems that maintain customer data and workflows
Assist with the implementation of <$10MM AP Card, Purchasing Card and Business Plus
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable concepts, including knowledge of best practices
Basic knowledge of Commerce products and services, NACHA, and/or Visa/Mastercard operating rules, regulations, and interchange requirements as well as modes of processing
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ years financial services experience required
**Hybrid Schedule: In office 2 days per week

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $23.20 to $26.90 per hour. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
