Job Title: General Labor / Material Handler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined General Labor / Material Handler to join our team. The role involves cleaning and testing HVAC/cooler units, troubleshooting equipment, and installing air and water cooler units. You will also maintain equipment inventory and work with a small team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean 1-ton HVAC/cooler units

• Test equipment to ensure it is properly working

• Troubleshoot equipment to identify and perform simple repairs

• Install air cooler units into ceiling tiles

• Install water cooler units via hose/pump

• Maintain equipment inventory

• Must be able to pass an MVR

Work Environment

You will be working in various customer-facing environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, retail centers, and plants. The service area is within a two-hour radius from the office in Overland Park, KS. Our small team environment allows for close collaboration with the manager and other team members.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of OVERLAND PARK, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Kansas City,MO.
