[Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Kansas City, Missouri and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. **[Work Youll Do [Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

15% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

[Requirements [Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: Designing and developing data validation processes, performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP Business Warehouse (BW)/4HANA, S/4HANA, Native HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, ABAP, Business Objects, Tableau, and Power BI; Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Finance (FI), HR , Customer Relationship management (CRM) modules and SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA Platforms; Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing Microsofts (MS) Visio, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Lucidchart, MS Project management, and SAP SolMan; Working across phases of the Requirement gathering, Designing, Coding, Testing, and Maintenance, for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP BW/4HANA, S4/HANA, Native HANA, ABAP, SAP Analytics Cloud and Business Objects (BO), modules; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Accelerated SAP (ASAP) Methodology and SAP Agile Methodology; Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP BW/4HANA, S4/HANA, Native HANA, ABAP, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BO; Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP Tutor, MS Word, MS PowerPoint; Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing ASAP Methodology and Solution manager to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Native HANA and SAP BO projects. *[Other [Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week; [To apply visit apply.deloitte.com.
