Carpenter - TRAVELING
Ultimate LLC is looking to hire Carpenters - Set Up Technicians for commercial projects traveling from Kansas City area. The pay range of a Carpenter is $25-27 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Apprentice Carpenter applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared for carpentry work up to 40+ hours a week. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all carpenters with no week in the hole.
Ultimate Carpenter responsibilities
Assist with construction projects
Assist in construction, framing, and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard
Use hand and electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install framework components
Set up and disassembly of Job site trailer units
Comply with construction regulations
Haul and carry cinder blocks - to install jobsite trailers - PHYSICALLY DEMANDING
Overnight travel 2-3 nights a week
Regularly work 60+ Hours a week
Ultimate Carpenter requirements
4+ years of Construction or concrete experience
18+ years of age
Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
Math, problem solving, and construction skills
Working to remodel trailer units
Will be asked to work in various scopes of the construction realm, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical
Extremely Safety Conscious environment will be monitored and audited for OSHA and PPE regulations
