Job Title: Architectural Designer - Dec 2024 or May 2025 Graduate

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team in Kansas City. As a new graduate, you will be involved in designing and drafting building systems using REVIT. Your role will include collaborating with various teams to develop architectural plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the construction phase of projects.Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans using REVIT.

• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to integrate building systems.

• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Conduct field surveys and site visits to gather data and verify design accuracy.

• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.

• Provide support during the construction phase, including addressing design-related issues.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit.

• Project management experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCad.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.

Work Environment

The work environment is collaborative, creative, and dynamic, involving the use of technologies such as Revit and AutoCad. The position requires working closely with Project Managers and Designers, adhering to practice standards, and contributing to the conceptual development of projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00
