We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Electrical Testing and Engineering Services Manager to lead our technical services team. This full-time, on-site role involves managing daily operations, delivering high-quality technical support, and driving customer satisfaction. You’ll be at the forefront of troubleshooting, training, and innovation, helping to shape the future of our technical services.

• Lead and Inspire: Guide a team of technical professionals, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and development opportunities.

• Optimize Operations: Analyze departmental effectiveness and implement strategies to boost productivity, safety, and overall morale. Develop and manage the operating budget to ensure cost-efficiency and resource optimization.

• Innovate and Improve: Spearhead the development of new objectives and plans for field services operations. Continuously evaluate and enhance our quality, service, and value standards.

• Strategic Planning: Oversee shop repair inventories, ensuring a balance between service levels and cost management. Recommend pricing strategies and coordinate service scheduling to meet customer needs.

• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to engage with clients, addressing their needs and fostering strong relationships. Represent the company in customer interactions, promoting our commitment to excellence.

• Vendor Relations: Maintain effective working relationships with vendors to ensure timely and reliable support.

• Stay Ahead: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry advancements, supervision techniques, and safety protocols.
