•RM inspection for critical Raw Material at receipt stage for material like Carbon, Silica, 6PDD, Wax, ZnO , CBS / TBBS.

•Test Method development for Critical RM testing.

• NIR Test Equipment will ensure quick and accurate judgement on incoming material Quality (Decision on procurement to be taken – 104K Euro or 9.4 M INR) .

•To perform the inspection of reinforcement activities as now handed over from MPE team to QA w.e.f 1st March 24.

•Supplier interaction, communication and complaint management.

•Supplier visits for action implementation verification.
