Job Description
Purpose: To provide concierge for Immanuel Living, including regular patrol of the building and grounds. Full and part time, evening and weekend shifts available.

Job Duties:
Patrol the building and grounds, to include a minimum of two (2) exterior rounds of the Facility per shift
Check carport areas for signs of theft to resident vehicles and make sure no one has attempted to break into the garage and outside mechanical rooms or boiler room
Check exit doors to make sure they are latched and locked
inspect all stairways and elevators Open and inspect all areas (spa, laundries, mechanical rooms, etc.)
Shift: 12am-8am.

Requirements
Minimum Education, Skills, Knowledge, Work Experience:
Graduation from high school or equivalent preferred.
