Job Description Summary:
The Manager of Radiation Oncology and Hematology Oncology is a critical leadership position responsible for guiding the strategic and operational direction of our outpatient services. This role demands a strong clinical foundation, exceptional leadership skills, and a profound commitment to patient care. The Radiation Oncology position is a full-time role dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include enhancing patient care, managing staffing, ensuring quality assurance, and providing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality, efficiency, and growth of the department.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal workflow, resource allocation, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Prioritize exceptional patient care and experience, fostering a culture of service excellence and timely response to patient needs.
Optimize resource utilization and streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with leadership to address patient concerns and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.
Manage budgetary processes, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Collaborate with finance and revenue cycle teams to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation and reporting.
Develop and lead a high-performing team of healthcare professionals.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and professional development.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Joint Commission.
Prioritize patient and staff safety by ensuring adherence to safety, infection prevention, and quality standards.
Support the vision, mission, and values of the organization in all respects.
Ensure that all business operations and processes align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including accreditation standards and grant requirements. Oversee grant writing and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong clinical background in radiation oncology or hematology oncology preferred
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
