What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations for the Primary Care & Walk-In Clinic at 160 Heritage Way in Kalispell.
Oversee provider recruitment & onboarding to ensure seamless integration into our team.
Implement process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Foster a collaborative environment, bringing teams together for problem-solving and innovation.
Address staffing needs & productivity concerns while maintaining a high level of care.
Manage financial performance, compliance, and strategic planning for clinic success.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience (preferably in healthcare).
Strong experience in primary care clinic management or a related healthcare leadership role.
Proven ability to navigate staffing challenges, mentor teams, and implement effective solutions.
A passion for process improvement, operational efficiency, and collaboration.
Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
