Data Analysis for card programs. Provide insight, relevant data and recommendationsfor card related promotions, current and future products, and program enhancements through the utilization of graphs, reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Work with management to ensure all card transaction activity and network volumes areactively managed and reported. This includes debit, credit, network, credit card loan, disputes, and ATM data.

Maintain databases and data systems for the department from internal or external sources.

Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and performance tracking. VendorManagement and systems oversight of card processor (Co-Op), debit network (NYCE) and brand sponsor (VISA).

Support for key duties in Card Services. Serves as the primary escalation point for all card systems or program issues to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.

Represent Card Services in organizational projects including system upgrades andsystem testing. Collaborates with other system leads to develop, implement, and maintain project plans as directed.

Analyze system deficiencies and recommend short/long term solution strategies toenhance systems and procedures. Provide support during testing, training, and rollout of system upgrades and enhancements. Works with IT/Digital Channel to ensure integration of Cards systems to other credit union platforms.

Facilitates and participates in meetings with vendors to maintain and improvevendor/client relationship. Attend vendor conferences and/or participate in client user groups to maintain and improve knowledge of systems.

Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the BankSecrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Additionally, all employees must follow policies and procedures to minimize risk by exercising judgment, raising questions to management, and adhering to policy guideline
