Join us as an Intern Customer Care and gain hands-on experience in the Order to Cash process! You’ll support our team in managing order intake, processing customer data, and coordinating pricing, contracts, and stock. Assist in tracking deliveries, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations. Work closely with customers and internal teams to enhance service quality and efficiency. This internship is a great opportunity to develop skills in customer care, logistics, and process optimization while contributing to customer satisfaction and business success!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support Order Management – Assist in processing customer orders through various channels, ensuring accuracy in SAP, and communicating confirmations.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain – Help check product availability, validate order pricing, and suggest order improvements in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Maintain Customer Data – Update customer and country-specific information, track inventory allocations, and escalate issues as needed.

  • Assist in Logistics & Documentation – Support in preparing and providing shipping/export documents, tracking shipments, and updating customers on order status.

  • Monitor Payments & Complaints – Help review credit limits, communicate logistic complaints, and assist in processing customer returns and replacements.

  • Analyze Customer Trends – Track contract call-offs, delivery lead times, and pricing, and provide insights to account management teams.

  • Contribute to Process Improvements – Participate in internal projects, support customer care enhancements, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

You Bring

  • Education: Last year student or freshly graduate with general business/commercial degree(s) followed by practical experience in Customer Care/and or transportation/ logistics activities...

  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients

  • Team player, able to work with different functions and people; English and local language

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft application (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Internet.

  • Solid understanding of SAP R3 SD Module

  • Accurate, solution-oriented and customer friendly communication style (phone/email)

  • Open for change and showing initiative; Enthusiastic and committed to take ownership;
