Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing subcontractors, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process. Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in construction project management.

  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

  • strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.

  • Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
