Robert Half Project Management Consultant in Juno Beach, Florida

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Management Consultant in Juno Beach, Florida. This role is instrumental in the overall coordination and management of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals. You will be working closely with contractors, vendors, regulatory agencies, and local community officials, and your primary function will be to support construction work performed at the project site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of assigned projects to ensure compliance within budget, schedule, and safety targets.

• Participate in walk-downs of planned work, validating completion of work according to design requirements.

• Review contractor payment requests and verify constructability, ensuring proper resource allocation.

• Coordinate project activities with various stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials.

• Resolve technical issues and maintain performance reporting, scheduling, and work-in-progress.

• Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies.

• Reinforce expectations related to safety procedure compliance, lessons learned, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff.

• Coordinate activities or groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget analytics, and contract administration.

• Manage utility crossing agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project alignment. Requirements • Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and tools

• Strong experience in scheduling, budgeting processes, and payment processing

• Extensive knowledge in managing suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders

• Exceptional communication skills to articulate project progress and issues

• Experience in construction and engineering projects

• Demonstrated ability in analytics and reporting

• Strong oversight, coordination, and quality assurance skills

• Ability to resolve technical and non-technical issues promptly

• Familiarity with compliance regulations and ensuring adherence

• Experience in conducting surveys and commission functions

• Proficiency in managing expense accounts

• Ability to increase productivity and streamline project processes

• Experience in managing agreements and contracts with vendors and stakeholders
