Located in Juno Beach, Florida, this Contract Administrator job is long-term contract / temporary.

Under direct supervision responsible for assisting in tasks related to activities involving negotiations contract documents and other legal/regulatory proceeding with regard to the wholesale power and natural gas business and related commercial transactions. Review contractual agreements or proposed amendments for conformity to company policies or recommendations. Generate outgoing contracts amendments and confirmations to trading partners. Maintain accurate records coordinate and track incoming and outgoing documents and manage and maintain contract/counterparty data base. Position may also assist with Proforma development including assumption validation and complete reporting as needed. Job may include other duties as assigned. Designation as a paralegal or other relevant college degree is required. 0-2 years of related experience required with an emphasis in contractual obligations asset management or financial trading institution experience recommended.

Responsibilities:

Manage the deferral program contract administration process including facilitation of new contract documents new vendor enrollment and overseeing guaranty caps.

Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders in development of deferral program forecast.

Perform quarterly guarantee reconciliation in coordination with Corporate Treasury.

Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for deferral programs ensuring the company's best interests are protected.

Review and analyze financial data to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of deferral programs.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on deferral program status progress and recommendations.

Monitor and track deferral program performance and compliance with relevant regulations.

Stay up to date with industry trends and developments related to deferral programs and recommend adjustments or enhancements as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance business administration or a related field

Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
