JAMHI Health and Wellness, Inc. is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Reentry, Peer Support, and Alcohol Safety programs. We help people live their own best lives.
Our Prevention Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that programs meet their objectives, align with organizational goals, and adhere to all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, experience in substance abuse prevention, experience leading others, and a commitment to supporting individuals in reentry and peer support environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in social work, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field, and, 2 years of experience in program management, preferably in reentry, peer support, or substance abuse prevention.
- OR Masters degree in social work, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in program management, preferably in reentry, peer support, or substance abuse prevention
- OR 6 years of experience in program management can substitute for a Bachelors degree.
- AND 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Willingness to self-identify as a current or former recipient of mental health, substance use or co-occurring services.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to reentry, peer support, and alcohol safety programs.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting.
- Commitment to the organization's mission and values.

Pay Range: $27.75 - $39.09 per hour
