For this reason, the L&D business partner team works as a small, lean consultative team, and partners with both Business and HR leaders to scale leader, team development, and healthy organization work.To support this mission, we are hiring a Learning & Development Business Partner. Reporting to a Director in the global L&D organization, this individual contributor role will focus on the most strategic leader, team and healthy organization work across Facebook’s global business organization.

Required Skills:

  1. Focus on strategic leader and team development in service of healthy organizations within business groups

  2. Diagnose, design and deliver high impact leader and team interventions, leveraging existing methodologies, tools and resources and in close partnership with respective HR business partners

  3. Provide 1:1 coaching and partnership to Business leaders, especially as it relates to educating in how team and leadership development can impact their business/organizational needs and the subsequent needs of their teams to learn, grow and thrive

  4. Support the business with change management consulting for organizational and cultural transformation where required

  5. Mentor and develop members of the L&D business partner team and relevant People@ partners to deepen capabilities in supporting healthy organizations

  6. Serve as a thought leader by staying up to date on the latest research and current trends that promote healthy organizations and effective leaders and teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 12+ years of corporate business experience

  2. 5+ years experience in an L&D organization

  3. Expertise in supporting leader and team development and healthy organizations within complex technical ecosystems that are multicultural and globally disperse

  4. Demonstrated mastery of diagnosis, coaching, consultation, design, facilitation and measurement with senior leaders, leadership teams and organizational assessment

  5. Demonstrated experience managing and helping senior leaders and teams manage and navigate the complexity and discomfort associated with scale and growth

  6. Background creating as well as delivering learning experiences that develop leader and team capabilities to support healthy organizations

  7. Experience supporting organizations through scale and change

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Graduate level work in the fields of organizational psychology, effectiveness and leadership development
