Bridget Killen at Robert Half is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Junction City, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records for the organization, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional duties outside of the "traditional" office duties.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of bookkeeping for the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

• Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records

• Using accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites for financial management and reporting

• Resolving any bookkeeping issues or discrepancies and providing problem-solving skills when necessary

• Working with financial software

• Ensuring all accounting functions are performed in compliance with applicable standards and regulations

• Utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and data management

• Communicating effectively with other team members and external parties as necessary regarding financial matters

• Engaging in continuous learning and development to maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in bookkeeping

• Providing administrative support to the office, as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suites

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Skilled in Bank Reconciliations

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Proficient in Full Cycle Payroll
