QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.
Responsibilities:
Designs and plans layout for activities such as machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding and brazing, assembly, and materials handling.
Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
Designs arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
Responsible for work on document updates, validation activities support and direct manufacturing interaction.
Assist in Providing technical and sustaining engineering support in the product sterilization area.
Recommends and implements equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques as well as production yields for existing products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering
Exposure to manufacturing environment / medical devices
Validation and Process engineering knowledge
Root cause analysis experience
Desire to learn / positive attitude / willing to take challenge
Available to work on 3rd shift but training will be on 1st or 2nd shift.
