Experience preferred.
Full time position.
Benefits such as health insurance, 401k, vacation, etc are available.
Must Haves
Have & maintain a valid driver's license at all times.
Pass a MVR (moving vehicle report) check.
Pass drug test.
Work well on a team to complete tasks & achieve targets together.
Tasks include, but not limited to:
Greet customers in a timely & courteous manner
Coordinate repairs with shop foreman & assistant service manager.
Document & present needed & recommended repairs to customers.
Maintain & follow up with documentation for repair orders, warranty administration, extended warranty companies, & sales management.
Monitor & stay advised on the status of cars in a shop.
Follow up with all customers in a timely & efficient manner.
Communicate promise times based on current workflow & business needs.
