Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document monthly head-to-toe assessments of each residential client in their home.

  • Maintain communication with agency management and the client's support team.

  • Accountability and documentation for Residential RN functions each month.

  • Complete Residential RN Orientation Training and ongoing training as required by the Department of Mental Health (DMH).

  • Complete Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale (AIMS) every 3 to 6 months for clients at risk of developing tardive dyskinesia (TD).

  • If assigned, complete Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) duties, including attending Individual Support Plan meetings for residential clients.

  • Assist Regional Director in responding to reviews and audits as required by contractual guidelines.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Positive attitude when working with others.
