Peoplelink Staffing Solutions Disc Prep Operator in Joplin, Missouri
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent manufacturing facility in the Quapaw, OK area, is seeking CNC machine operators to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Job Summary:
- Pay: $18-19 an hour
- Shifts Available: 8:00am-4:30pm
- Operate various forms of production equipment
- Measure key dimensions using varying instruments
- Utilize micrometer and weight scales to sort and group product
- Clean product by hand or with machine polish
- Adhere to proper production processes
- Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Previous CNC machine operation experience
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to calculate proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Computer skills involving spreadsheet, manufacturing, system, and inventory software
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
