Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Assemble products and components following precise specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished products to identify defects and ensure they meet company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to production schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and safety regulations.
• Package and label products for shipment, ensuring all materials are properly handled and documented.
• Collaborate with team members and shift supervisors to address any production issues and improve processes.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive actions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work 3rd shift hours and occasional overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry materials up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs.].
• Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the entire shift.
• Comfort working in a variety of conditions, including varying temperatures.
